Substitutes
The alternate system will automatically log in to the activity if space becomes available for full activity. This maximizes the number of bookings for your activities.
Substitutes are users who are interested in an activity that is full. Substitutes are added to the advisory and, if a post becomes available for an activity, the first alternate will fill the post and the system will send him a notification.
The trainer or admin can manually move the substitute to the registered ones despite the full capacity by clicking on the + button when booking in the In the Advisory tab.
