Reservation settings

Reservation settings allow you to automatically control who can book a given activity and when.

There are several ways to limit bookings when creating an activity:

Time limits:

  • Login open XY minutes before the start of the activity
  • Login closed XY minutes before the start of the activity
  • Check-out closed XY minutes before the start of the activity - the user cannot log out XY minutes before the start of the activity and therefore the payment is not refunded.


Activity availability:

  • Only for a certain group of users (read more about creating a user group) - only the selected group of users will be able to see and reserve the activity
  • Private activity - only available to invited users

Tips

  1. The most commonly used time limit is to close the check-out 60 minutes before the start of the activity. As a result, trainers know the minimum number of logged-in users one hour before the training.
  2. If you have set the check-out to be closed XY minutes before the start of the activity and the user has reasons that you consider justified to cancel the reservation, you as the admin (or coach) can cancel the reservation. In this case, the user is automatically refunded (credits or inputs). If he paid in cash, you must return the payment to him personally.

Note

If you have set the check-out to be closed XY minutes before the start of the activity and the user logs in to the activity at the time the log-offs are already locked, the application will warn him that he will no longer be able to cancel his reservation.
